 Shipping to US FBA: US Cross Border Fees

US Cross Border fee includes the following services:
- US Customs clearance
- Box creation to stay within US Customs limit of $800 USD (retail value) per day per addressee.
- US Customs manifest

Additional Notes:
- Shipments containing food items require an FDA Prior Notice for each unique item in the box.
- Due to the nature of certain goods and US customs regulations, we are not able to ship some goods that are FDA regulated. It is your responsibility to ensure that your products can be shipped and contact              US FDA if you’re unsure.

- Prepify is not responsible for any fees, charges, or inventory that does not follow US customs regulations.
- A $50 per box recovery fee will be charged for packages rejected by FDA/U.S. customs due to non-compliance.

These are some examples of some products that we can NOT ship to the US:
- Toothpaste, toothbrushes, floss, sunglasses, medical devices, OTC drugs, vitamins, supplements, topicals with active ingredients.
- Although food items and beauty/personal care items can be shipped, it is ultimately up to the US Customs / FDA Agent to allow or deny entry to the US.
